mediatek consys

Required properties:
- compatible:Should be "mediatek,mt6735-consys".
- reg: Should contain register location and length.
- interrupts: Should contain interrupt.(including BGF and WDT interrupts).
- clocks: The clocks needed in consys power on, provided from clock manager.
- clock-names : used for sw control clock
- vcnxx-supply : LDO domain for consys,provided from PMIC owner
